Henrik Smith

Henrik brings a sharp analytical mind and a strategic approach to everything he does, qualities that have made him an accomplished Audit Manager and a trusted leader in the financial services industry. Based in Charlotte, N.C., Henrik has significant experience guiding complex audit projects, managing risk across sectors like commercial real estate, private equity, and investment banking.

He currently serves as Vice President and Audit Manager at Wells Fargo, where he leads high-impact initiatives and mentors emerging professionals. Henrik’s past roles at Sharrard, McGee & Co. and RSM US LLP have equipped him with deep expertise in technical accounting, risk assessment, and team leadership across both public and private sectors.

Henrik holds a B.S. in Accounting from Methodist University. Outside of work, he’s passionate about golf, hiking, great food, and family time—and he’s always up for discovering something new.
